A Little About Woodway, WA

Woodway is a proud community that lives up to its motto, “A Quiet Place,” by providing its residents and visitors with a peaceful, secure, and private environment. In addition, the town’s abundance of evergreen trees makes it a pleasant place for strolls and bike rides.

With 700 acres of land, the city houses The Carla Nichols Reserve, John Bush Play Area, Deer Creek Park, and three safe walking routes available for residents and visitors.

The town was officially incorporated in 1958. The name of the city was inspired by its beautiful and natural surroundings. To this day, the town has tried to preserve this by adopting a Tree Preservation Ordinance. Any request to cut a tree goes to the Woodway Town Hall.

Currently, the town has more than 1300 residents and 470 homes. Woodway only allows limited commercial use of their land to home occupation activities that do not significantly impact the local community.

State Route 104 cuts through the northeast corner of Woodway, providing access to the city from the Edmonds ferry terminal and Mountlake Terrace. If you live in these towns, our team covers pressure washing in Edmonds, WA, and pressure washing in Mountlake Terrace, WA.
