Fence Cleaning Services

Did You Know?

Depending on the type, your fence can quickly accumulate dirt, algae, mildew, and mold – causing breakage, rot, and insect infestations.

Generally, you should pressure wash your fence every two to three years. Regular maintenance helps with material longevity, structural integrity, and the overall appearance of your fence.

Our Process

Our service is best for beautiful wood fences and larger fences, which are longer and more challenging to clean.

However, vinyl fences, or ones made of other materials, aren’t outside our scope.

We are happy to visit your property and assess your needs, then appropriately tailor a quote.

Common
Questions

PSI: Most materials can be pressure washed, as long as the correct PSI setting is used on the fence. For example, softwood should have no more than 600 PSI, whereas hardwood can handle up to 1,500 PSI.

Cost: We determine the cost of a job based on its square footage. However, our minimum cost is $200, regardless of the size. You can contact us directly – give us your specs and we’ll send a quote. In the mean time, you can read about how much it costs to pressure wash a fence and the factors that affect price.

Staining: Looking to stain soon? We highly suggest pressure washing before staining your fence. Surprisingly, this is a critical step that safeguards a new coat of stain (and paint).

Time: The time required to clean a fence depends on its size and level of filth. For instance, pressure washing a 500-square-foot fence requires 2 to 2.5 hours.
